Among us is coming to ALL major consoles
Among Us, can anything be added to the mere mention of this goliath of a videogame? With the release of Among Us now 3 years ago, it was only a year ago when the game received massive critical acclaim and attention after the release of the Henry Stikmin collection, a series of point and click choose your adventure titles remastered from Newgrounds. Made by the legendary Puffballs United, his company Innersloth, had players discovering the game after playing their remastered collection. Now, with the game’s massive explosion online, it was only a matter of time until Among Us got a proper physical release.
Priced at $30, the crewmate edition comes with the Among Us game, as well as some extra goodies for the players. These goodies include all the DLC for the game, which means every pet, hat, and skin for the crewmate will be unlocked and available for the players to have. Also included in the crewmate edition is a series of downloadable PC and phone wallpapers featuring the game’s old box art, as well as the “Shhh” seen when a game is beginning. Each collectors’ edition of the game also includes the MIRA HQ access card, which is a 1 of 12 series, each for the base game’s color of a crewmate. The Card is also holographic to sell the prop from the game, the case for the Crewmate edition is also a 3D Lenticular case, which will make the case pop when showing it to other players. Another Addition to the edition is also a pack of stickers. Lastly, a physical blueprint map of the level Skeld is going to be included in the game, giving the player a full look at the map, something that cannot be seen from in-game.
The Impostor edition of the game is priced at $50, which will include everything from the Crewmate Edition but will also come with some more goodies to entice the player to pick up this copy of the game. While the Impostor edition also comes with everything from the previous version, it also includes a lanyard for the keycard, donned with the characters. As well as an enamel pin, featuring the red crewmate spinning off into space. The most important part of the edition is that this version of the game comes with a small plush Crewmate wearing a crown. The tiny character only comes in purple, but this is one of the few times that players will find themselves able to have a tiny crewmate plush of their own, as the Innersloth Store usually sells out of Among us Merch. All of the extra content and the plus will be included in a special Impostor box, which will tie everything together.
Lastly, and the biggest edition of a physical edition of Among Us is coming in at $90 is the Ejected edition, Not only does it come with everything from the impostor edition and the Crewmate Edition, but it also comes with some extra goodies to justify the purchase. Players who decide to go all-in on the biggest collector’s edition of the hit game will also be given a Red Impostor beanie, as well as a large fleece blanket which has all the characters from the game floating in space, the box for the game has also be altered to have all the characters ejected into space. As well as the game coming with a Steelbook case.
